Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues according to specifications
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and inquiries
- Manage registration tables and distribute materials
- Monitor event spaces and ensure safety protocols
- Coordinate with vendors and support staff
- Handle cash transactions and sales when required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout events
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic cash handling experience
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Must pass background check
