Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service during Friday/Saturday evening shifts (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Masterfully manage 4-6 tables while maintaining accuracy in orders and timing
- Process payments efficiently through our POS system while handling cash transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar teams for seamless order execution
- Uphold strict food safety standards and cleanliness protocols
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and positivity
- Contribute to a high-energy, team-oriented service culture
Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant/server experience preferred
- Unwavering availability for weekend evenings (Fri/Sat 5 PM-11 PM)
- Illinois Food Handler certification required
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude under pressure during peak hours
- Basic math skills for cash handling
