- Provide exceptional table service during evening and weekend shifts
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system
- Deliver food and beverages promptly with attention to detail
- Manage multiple tables while maintaining quality standards
- Process payments efficiently and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Uphold cleanliness standards and reset tables promptly
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability for evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Food Handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
