Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to 15-20 guests per shift
- Execute food/beverage orders with precision and speed
- Manage POS operations and cash handling
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff during peak rushes
- Maintain pristine dining area standards
- Upsell specialty cocktails and seasonal menu items
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant serving experience
- Flexible availability for Friday/Saturday/Sunday evenings
- TABC certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Knowledge of craft beer/wine preferred
