Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening shifts (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Prepare and serve meals with attention to presentation and quality
- Process payments efficiently and manage cash handling
- Maintain clean dining areas and support kitchen staff during peak hours
- Upsell specials and high-margin items to increase revenue
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service flow
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (4-6 hours)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for order accuracy and payments
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to evening shifts

- Must be available at least 3 evenings per week
