Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening and overnight hours
- Manage front desk operations and check-in/check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Maintain security protocols and monitor premises during night shift
- Perform nightly audits and prepare operational reports
- Collaborate with day team for seamless service transitions
Qualifications
- Availability to work evenings (6 PM - 2 AM) and weekends
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system knowledge
- Valid California driver's license (if required for errands)
- Ability to remain alert and make sound judgments during night hours
- High school diploma or equivalent required
