Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service during evening and weekend hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Manage order accuracy and timing using our POS system
- Upsell menu items and daily specials while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless order fulfillment
- Maintain clean, organized dining stations and assist with opening/closing duties
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) and 2-3 weekday evenings
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Food handling certification (ServSafe) or willingness to obtain
- Basic POS system proficiency
