Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during evening and weekend hours
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Prepare and serve beverages in compliance with alcohol service standards
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all service areas
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Must be available evenings (5 PM - 1 AM) and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Must be 21+ for alcohol service positions
- Flexible schedule availability required
- Valid Texas Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
