Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Organize merchandise on the sales floor to ensure a clean, inviting, and safe shopping environment.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with the team to restock inventory and maintain store displays.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays and marketing materials for weekend events.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and weekday evenings.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate objects.
