Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients visiting our Charlotte location and via phone/email.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account information.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems and digital tools.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all visitors.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Perform light administrative duties, including data entry and inventory checks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Proficiency with computers and basic software applications.
- A friendly, professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
