Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and in-person inquiries during evening hours
- Process transactions and maintain accurate records using our CRM system
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency while maintaining service standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Support community outreach initiatives during evening events and programs
- Maintain organized documentation of customer interactions and service metrics
- Contribute to continuous improvement of service processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years of customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 10 PM) weekends as needed
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods during in-person shifts
