Responsibilities
- Assist Customers: Provide exceptional service by answering questions, resolving complaints, and guiding customers through their purchase journey.
- Operational Support: Process transactions accurately at the register and maintain an organized checkout area.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during evening shifts.
- Inventory Management: Assist in restocking shelves and ensuring product displays are appealing and organized.
- Adherence to Standards: Follow company policies and safety protocols to maintain a professional environment.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide comprehensive on-the-job training. A positive attitude is the only prerequisite.
- Reliability: Must be available to work evenings, specifically from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to listen actively and interact professionally.
- Basic Computer Literacy: Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and basic computer functions.
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to commute to our Omaha location.
