- Document customer interactions and feedback in the internal database.
- Maintain a calm and positive demeanor while managing high call volumes.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or call centers is preferred but not required for eager learners.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly phone manner.
- Ability to work independently during evening shifts with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation is required.
