Responsibilities
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support for incoming customer inquiries via phone and email during evening hours.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless case handovers.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and assist in training new evening staff members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus but not mandatory.
