- Resolve Customer Inquiries: Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, addressing product questions and troubleshooting issues efficiently.
- Process Transactions: Accurately process returns, exchanges, and order modifications using our CRM software.
- Document Interactions: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions in the system.

Qualifications
