Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve product inquiries, order issues, and technical support challenges efficiently
- Process returns, exchanges, and payment adjustments while maintaining accuracy
- Document all interactions in CRM systems and escalate complex issues to senior staff
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

Qualifications
