Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person during evening hours (3 PM - 11 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system while maintaining financial integrity
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Assist with inventory management and store merchandising during evening shifts
- Collaborate with day team to ensure seamless operational continuity
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace per company standards
- Contribute to a positive team culture through proactive communication
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and POS software
- Availability to work flexible evening shifts (including weekends)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shifts
- Reliable transportation to our downtown Columbus location
