Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to all visitors and clients during weekend hours.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in strict accordance with company standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a professional and solution-oriented approach.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with retail software is preferred.
- Reliable transportation and proven punctuality are essential for this role.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
