Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in-store and via phone/email during evening and weekend hours
- Process transactions accurately and maintain organized sales records
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards and maintain a clean, inviting store environment
- Participate in weekend promotional events and sales activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekends (Sat/Sun)
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office
- Flexible schedule availability including holidays
