Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person and phone customer support
- Manage community event registrations and inquiries
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on outreach programs
- Assist with weekend facility operations and maintenance
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency
- Support promotional activities across Nashville neighborhoods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Availability to work weekends (Sat/Sun) and some holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and office software
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Valid Tennessee driver's license preferred
- Background check required
