Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during peak weekend hours.
- Process returns, exchanges, and merchandise requests with accuracy and speed.
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalate complaints to management when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock organization to ensure the sales floor is ready for the week ahead.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or logistics is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and MS Office Suite.
