Job Overview:
You will be the friendly voice of Metro Detroit Logistics, assisting customers with inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with professionalism.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting.
- Accurately input and maintain customer data in our internal database systems.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations efficiently.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure continuity of service.
- Perform general administrative tasks as assigned by the team lead.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (30+ WPM).
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote options.
