Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash and card payments.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment during evening hours.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations and inventory management.
- Assist in the visual merchandising of the store to attract customers and drive sales.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some college is a plus.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory (we provide training).
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, outgoing attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
