Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat to resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist in maintaining accurate customer records and database information.
- Collaborate with the morning and afternoon shift teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols while on the floor.
- Participate in daily team meetings and performance reviews.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (or currently enrolled).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- No prior experience required; we value attitude over experience.
