Responsibilities

- Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with accuracy and efficiency.
- Process returns, exchanges, and transactions using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked to meet company standards.
- Collaborate with the floor team to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a proven track record of weekend availability.
