As a Weekend Associate, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied and looking forward to their next visit.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products and answer inquiries regarding inventory, pricing, and store policies.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked to ensure a pleasant shopping environment.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including cash reconciliation and security checks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory for our entry-level positions.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and occasional evenings.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new POS systems quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
