Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and speed
- Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service and recommendations
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and equipment
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team during peak weekend rushes
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
Qualifications
- Available Saturday & Sunday (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm shifts)
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Basic math skills for handling cash/transactions
- Reliable transportation to Manhattan location
- Food handler's certification preferred (not required)
- Team player with collaborative mindset
- No prior barista experience needed
