Responsibilities
- Greet and Seat Guests: Welcome patrons with a warm smile and escort them to their tables efficiently.
- Take Orders: Accurately record food and beverage orders using our POS system and relay them to the kitchen.
- Serve Food & Drinks: Deliver orders promptly, ensuring presentation standards are met and checking back on guest satisfaction.
- Handle Payments: Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit cards.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the dining area tidy, restock supplies, and adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Upsell: Knowledgeably recommend specials, appetizers, or beverages to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a server or in a related hospitality role is preferred but not mandatory for the right attitude.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift trays weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and guest service.
