As a Server, you are the face of our brand. We are looking for someone who is not just a server, but a host who creates memorable moments for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Deliver orders promptly while anticipating guest needs and providing top-tier service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining floor and service stations.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with grace and efficiency.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service flow.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Professional appearance and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
