Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with menu knowledge and wine pairing expertise
- Process payments accurately and maintain POS system integrity
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for seamless order execution
- Manage station cleanliness and table turnover efficiency
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with professionalism
- Support opening/closing duties including side work setup
- Participate in team training sessions to enhance service standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- LA County Food Handler Card (ServSafe preferred)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shifts
