Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, friendly service to guests in a fast-paced fine dining setting
- Expertly manage table rotations, order accuracy, and timing
- Process payments efficiently using POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar teams to ensure seamless service
- Maintain immaculate table settings and cleanliness standards
- Upsell seasonal specials and premium menu items
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Philadelphia food handler certification (or ability to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Strong knowledge of wine, craft beers, and cocktail pairings
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
