Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee drinks with precision and artistry
- Manage customer orders via POS system with speed and accuracy
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of coffee stations and customer areas
- Upsell pastries and merchandise to enhance customer experience
- Train weekend staff on brewing techniques and product knowledge
- Handle cash transactions and daily reconciliation
- Collaborate with team to ensure seamless weekend operations
Qualifications
- 1+ years barista or food service experience preferred
- Expert knowledge of espresso brewing and milk steaming
- Outstanding customer service with a warm, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced weekend environment
- Reliable weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday)
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
