Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium coffee/espresso drinks with precision and artistry
- Engage customers with warm, knowledgeable service about our coffee origins
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment
- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team during peak weekend rush periods
- Assist with inventory management and quality control
- Participate in monthly coffee tasting workshops
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced weekend environments
- Flexible availability (Saturdays and Sundays, 6am-2pm)
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Must be 18+ years old
- Reliable transportation to South Austin location
