We're seeking energetic Weekend Baristas to create exceptional coffee experiences while maintaining our welcoming atmosphere. Perfect for students, artists, or anyone seeking weekend flexibility with competitive pay and a fun, fast-paced environment. No early mornings – shifts run Saturdays 8AM-4PM and Sundays 9AM-5PM.
Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee drinks (espresso, lattes, pour-overs) with precision and artistry
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a warm, engaging demeanor
- Manage cash operations and POS transactions accurately
- Maintain sparkling cleanliness of coffee stations and customer areas
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth weekend operations
- Share coffee knowledge and upsell premium products
Qualifications
- Availability Saturdays and Sundays (required)
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Basic cash handling and POS system knowledge
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Passion for coffee and exceptional service mindset
- Reliable transportation to downtown Fort Worth location
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Food Handler Certification a plus
