Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso-based beverages and pour-over coffee
- Deliver warm, personalized customer service during peak weekend hours
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of coffee station and seating areas
- Operate POS system and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth weekend operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Reliable weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
