What You'll Do
As a Server, you are the face of our brand. You will be responsible for guiding our guests through an unforgettable culinary journey.
Responsibilities
- Greet every guest with a warm, welcoming smile and escort them to their table.
- Present menus and offer knowledgeable recommendations based on the evening's specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our state-of-the-art POS system.
- Deliver orders in a timely manner and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
- Process payments efficiently and handle cash handling with precision.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, including setting and resetting tables to restaurant standards.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure a seamless service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server in a full-service restaurant is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- Friendly demeanor with a genuine passion for hospitality and service.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- Basic math skills for accurate billing and tipping.
- Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid food handler's card.
