Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso drinks, pour-overs, and seasonal specialties
- Deliver personalized customer service with product knowledge
- Maintain pristine café cleanliness and inventory management
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with team during peak weekend rushes
- Support community events and local art showcases
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year barista experience preferred
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Availability Saturdays 6am-2pm and Sundays 7am-3pm
- Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
