Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium coffee/espresso beverages following exact recipes
- Process customer orders efficiently using POS systems
- Maintain spotless cleanliness of all coffee equipment and service areas
- Upsell seasonal promotions and loyalty program memberships
- Collaborate with team during peak weekend rushes
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Flexible availability (primarily weekends)
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
