Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages while maintaining quality standards
- Engage warmly with customers, taking orders and providing personalized recommendations
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain spotless workspace including espresso machines and customer areas
- Collaborate with team during peak weekend rushes to ensure seamless service
- Assist with inventory management and stocking of coffee supplies
- Uphold strict food safety and hygiene protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or customer service experience
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for hospitality
- Ability to work efficiently in high-energy weekend environments
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash transactions
- Flexible availability including Saturdays and Sundays
