Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently to meet customer deadlines.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners to track inventory and verify stock levels.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors, in compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies or quality issues immediately.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring cargo is secured properly.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational challenges.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read labels and follow written instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
