Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using scanners and handheld devices.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counts and maintaining accurate stock levels within the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment.
- Site Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Loading & Unloading: Load and unload trailers efficiently to meet daily shipping deadlines.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a secure workplace.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality control in order processing.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Documentation: Basic computer skills and ability to read safety labels and work instructions.
