Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight using provided equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks) to ensure timely processing.
- Verify incoming and outgoing inventory accuracy through scanning and documentation.
- Organize and maintain warehouse aisles to ensure safe and efficient traffic flow.
- Assist in the preparation of shipping orders by packaging and labeling products.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide the equipment and training for the right candidate.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions (climate-controlled warehouse).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
