Responsibilities
- Restock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure a clean and inviting store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and promptly report any shortages or damages.
- Ensure product quality by checking expiration dates and packaging integrity.
- Maintain a safe and clutter-free workspace, strictly adhering to all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily stocking targets and efficiency goals.
- Perform basic cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
- Assist customers with locating products when necessary.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior experience or formal education required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
