Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using WMS.
- Load and unload trailers using forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and document any defects.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety targets.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock organization.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to the Kenner facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to undergo paid on-the-job training.
