Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment to meet customer delivery deadlines.
- Inventory Control: Receive incoming stock, inspect for damages, and log items into the inventory management system.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move heavy loads within the warehouse.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor stock levels and alert management to low inventory or potential product defects.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail are required.
