Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Execute high-volume restocking of shelves and storage areas to ensure optimal product availability.
- Organization: Maintain a neat, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to strict safety protocols at all times.
- Merchandising: Ensure product presentation meets high visual standards and company branding guidelines.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Logistics: Receive, unpack, and prepare merchandise for display with precision and speed.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work early morning shifts (typically 2:00 AM - 10:00 AM).
- Reliability: Strong track record of punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Background: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Experience: Previous stocking or warehouse experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
