Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipping efficiently and accurately.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Assist in inventory counts, stock rotation, and cycle counts as directed by management.
- Load and unload trucks using appropriate handling equipment and physical labor.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors regarding inventory levels and operational needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse environment.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting, labeling, and paperwork.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow safety protocols strictly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
