Responsibilities
- Handle Customer Inquiries: Respond to emails, chat messages, and phone calls with empathy and efficiency during evening and weekend shifts.
- Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer complaints to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Shift Management: Adhere to scheduled evening (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) as required.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate with team leads and other departments to escalate complex issues.
- Self-Management: Work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Location: Must reside in Columbus, OH (or willing to relocate/commute if required, though remote).
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
- Equipment: Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home office space.
