Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening and weekend hours.
- Resolve complex customer issues with patience and efficiency, ensuring a high first-call resolution rate.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the morning support team to ensure seamless service handovers.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest process improvements to management.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while adhering to company call scripts and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or retail operations.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a 24/7 operational environment.
