Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and customer service to clients during evening and weekend shifts.
- Manage and resolve incoming inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Assist clients in troubleshooting software issues and navigating our digital platforms.
- Document all interactions and solutions in our CRM system accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of service.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and communicate them to the product team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Business or Communications is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support, technical helpdesk, or sales is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer troubleshooting.
- A positive attitude and ability to work independently in a remote-capable office setting.
